Title: Attorney

Job Location: Chicago, IL 60616

Salary: $95,000/Year


Job Description: Meet with individual and corporate clients to understand legal issues, discuss case strategies, and provide legal advice. Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law using digital legal research databases to analyze legal issues and develop legal arguments. Interpret and analyze legal rules and precedents to advise clients regarding their legal rights, obligations, remedies, and options. Prepare and draft legal documents related to clients’ commercial transactions and business operations. File transaction documents with appropriate government agencies to ensure compliance. Prepare legal documents for litigation and administrative proceedings before courts and government agencies. File legal documents with courts or administrative agencies to initiate or respond to legal proceedings. Represent clients in litigation proceedings, including mediations, trials, and appeals before courts and administrative agencies. Conduct negotiations with opposing parties to achieve settlements or resolutions. Manage and track case progress and court deadlines using legal case management systems. ***Work at our office located at 157 W Cermak Rd, 2nd Fl, Chicago, IL 60616, with no travel involved.


Minimum Requirements: J.D. (Juris Doctor) degree (foreign educational equivalent is acceptable) plus 2 years of progressively responsible experience in occupations related to an Attorney. Experience as a lawyer outside of the United States is acceptable. Must have: 2 years of experience in conducting legal research; 2 years of experience in conducting legal analysis of statutes, regulations, and court decisions; 2 years of experience in legal drafting of documents for clients; 2 years of experience in drafting legal documents filed with Courts or Government Administrative Agencies; 2 years of experience in representing clients in courts; 2 years of experience working with a legal case management system; 2 years of experience working with a digital legal research database such as Westlaw, Lexis or other legal research databases. Title: Operations Research Analyst

Job Location: Chicago, IL 60616

Salary: $86,000/year


Job Description: Analyze marketing, competitive, and operational data to support the firm’s international business development strategy. Develop mathematical and statistical models to identify target markets, forecast demand for legal services, and optimize client acquisition strategies. Evaluate cross-border market trends, franchise brands, cost and retainer structures, and client conversion data to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Utilize marketing analytics software and data visualization tools to manage and interpret datasets from global franchise markets. Conduct business and franchise performance analyses for clients, including feasibility studies, market potential assessments, and cost-benefit modeling in support of legal matters. Assist in evaluating requirements, processes, and data flows to support the future development of a customized case management or client service platform. Prepare analytical reports, forecasts, and dashboards for management decision-making and client presentations. Work with attorneys and staff to implement data-driven marketing campaigns, monitor online engagement metrics, and refine strategies for greater effectiveness. ***Work at our office located at 157 W Cermak Rd, 2nd Fl, Chicago, IL 60616, with no travel involved.


Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field. 1 year of work experience in any occupation involving statistical data modeling and analysis. Must have 1 year of work experience in the following: conducting data research, interpreting qualitative and quantitative data and summarizing findings related to client engagement processes and firm operations; relational and dimensional data modeling, including design and implementation of data warehousing structures and integration of multiple data sources such as cloud-based data warehouse platforms or enterprise data modeling tools; creating interactive dashboards and data visualizations in Business Intelligence platforms such as Tableau or MS Power BI with data management systems; presenting data-driven service solutions and analysis results to potential clients to support business development activities; leveraging statistical applications such as R or SAS to predict data development and improve strategic business forecasting processes; troubleshooting data integration, data normalization, and data quality issues and recommending process improvements; documenting technical design, training materials or best practice data architecture solutions; translating analytical insights into actionable recommendations for strategy or process improvement; and generating ad hoc reports, implementing data modeling framework in reporting solutions. And must have 1 year of experience working with the following: SQL or equivalent database querying tools such as Microsoft SQL Server or SAP HANA to extract, transform, and analyze data; Business intelligence platforms for creating dashboards, visualizations and reports, such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or SAP Analytics Cloud solutions; and Statistical analysis and predictive modeling tools for data forecasting and optimization, such as R, SAS or Python.
